Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

All orders are prepared, packaged, and handed over to shipping carriers within 1 to 2 business days (1-2 days). (Please note that our primary shipping operations run from Saturday to Thursday; Friday is an official holiday where orders are not processed).

2. Daily Order Cut-off Time

Our daily cut-off time for receiving and processing orders is 5:00 PM (Arabian Standard Time - AST). Orders placed after this time, or on Fridays, will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Shipping Destinations, Costs, and Delivery Times

We are proud to offer Free Shipping to all regions listed below, with no hidden fees or minimum order requirements.

  • United States of America:
    • Shipping Carrier: Standard Tracked Shipping (Final delivery via USPS)
    • Delivery Time: 6 to 12 business days
    • Customs and Duties: All orders destined for the US valued under $800 USD are completely exempt from customs duties. There are no import taxes, customs fees, or extra charges upon delivery.
  • Australia:
    • Shipping Carrier: Standard Tracked Shipping (Final delivery via Australia Post)
    • Delivery Time: 7 to 14 business days
    • Customs and Duties: All orders destined for Australia valued under $1000 AUD are exempt from customs duties. You will not face any unexpected import taxes or customs fees upon delivery.
  • Germany:
    • Shipping Carrier: Standard Tracked Shipping (Final delivery via DHL or Hermes)
    • Delivery Time: 6 to 12 business days
    • Customs and Duties: All prices include VAT. You will not face any unexpected customs fees or import taxes upon delivery.
  • United Kingdom:
    • Shipping Carrier: Standard Tracked Shipping (Final delivery via Royal Mail)
    • Delivery Time: 6 to 12 business days
    • Customs and Duties: All prices include VAT. You will not face any unexpected customs fees or import taxes upon delivery.
  • Saudi Arabia:
    • Shipping Carrier: J&T Express
    • Delivery Time: 1 to 3 business days

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

5. Saudi National Address Requirement (Mandatory)

For our customers in Saudi Arabia: According to the regulations issued by the Transport General Authority, it is required to provide the National Address (the 8-character alphanumeric short code) to complete the shipping process. Shipping companies will not accept any shipment without this code. Please enter your National Address code accurately on the checkout page to avoid rejection or delay of your order.
